About the Oakalls Physiotherapy Clinic

Located in Bromsgrove, The Oakalls Physiotherapy Clinic is a Private Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Shockwave clinic based on The Oakalls in Bromsgrove and has recognition of most of the leading health insurance providers.

The Clinic was established in 2012 as "Bounceback" physiotherapy. Due to the increase of demand, in 2018 we moved premises to accommodate our business (we are proud to say that our business has evolved, due to all our word of mouth referrals from our loyal patients and close working relationships with local consultants).  In 2018 we also decided to change the name to reflect the location of the new clinic and develop a connection to our local community.

Please feel free to browse the website and see what we have to offer!

Caroline Spearing BSc Physiotherapy CSP, AACP, PG Cert
& Clinic owner.

Caroline studied Physiotherapy at The University of Birmingham. On completion of her BSc (Hons) degree she has worked in both private and NHS out-patient clinic's in Worcerster and Birmingham. Caroline was then employed by Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust as part of a intergated community admissions prevention and rehabilitation team. Caroline continued to work alongside her NHS work on a private basis, specialising in musculo-skeletal injuries at the Oakalls Physiotherapy Clinic in Bromsgrove. However, within 18 months of setting up her private practice, Caroline gave up her NHS roles to concentrate on her busy private practice.
On graduation Caroline has completed 100 credits at MSc  level at both Keele University and The University of Birmingham including a module in Medical Acupuncture. Being passionate about continuing her professional development and ensuring best clinical practice she has completed further post graduate acupuncture courses; including acupuncture and pregnancy and trigger point release.
Caroline was also chosen to take part in NIKE'S running campaign, which involved giving advice at local running clubs as well as a VIP trip to Oregon where she took part in the Oregon Mount Hood to Coast relay. She also spent time at NIKE'S HQ in Oregon where she visited their research labs learning the latest on their new running shoe technology.
Caroline's early career was with racehorses, and has ridden over 50 winners as an amateur jockey. She feels that her past experiences of working in a demanding physical lifestyle has given her first hand experience of understanding the nature of injuries and rehabilitation within the musculo-skeletal field of physiotherapy.
Caroline is a registered member of the Health Professions Council, The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Physio First and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Barbara Pack (Accounts)

I have known Caroline for many years now.  Her skills as a Physiotherapist have helped me to overcome various running injuries of my own over the years! Four years ago, I joined Caroline to support her with her admin work to keep up with the demand of her growing business.  During that time, my role as an admin assistant change to managing the business accounts.   We have now moved premises, giving Caroline much more space in her treatment room and a small reception. I love my work as no two days are the same and, it keeps me very busy.
